4. Working Principle

When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Materials fall into the crushing cavity from the feeding inlet, and are strongly impacted and crushed by the high-speed rotating blow bars. The crushed materials are thrown to the impact plates for secondary crushing, then rebound back to the blow bar working area to be crushed again. Through repeated impact, collision and grinding between materials and wearing parts, large stones are crushed into fine particles. Finally, qualified small-size materials are discharged from the bottom outlet, and oversized materials remain in the cavity for continuous crushing until reaching the standard particle size.
