Equipment Configuration & Technical Details
To meet the specific requirements, we designed a Φ3.2×30m Rotary Dryer system.

Heat Source: A high-efficiency natural gas burner, ensuring stable temperature control and reducing carbon emissions.

Delivery, Installation & Commissioning
Manufacturing took approximately 35 days. Once the equipment arrived in Sichuan, our engineering team was on-site to supervise the installation and commissioning. The trial run went smoothly. The natural gas burner provided consistent heat, and the moisture of the final iron phosphate product dropped to the ideal target level without degrading the material's chemical properties.
